Rwandese HighLight representative, Fred Buyinza, joined David Freeman to hold a 3-day conference for 50 Primary head teachers in the Western Province, Ruzizi area. The invitation came from the Pentecostal churches of Rwanda who have several hundred schools throughout the country.
The 50 head teachers represented several thousand pupils and face many challenges. Their testimony was that this teaching has given them vision and will change their schools.
